Digital Product Use Policy

1.1. If your Hard Disk is changed, you will have to purchase new license of Software. There will be no upgradation/transfer/refund in any circumstance.

1.2. License once activated, will not be deactivated or transferred in any circumstances.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. In case of cancellation of an order placed with "Icom Industries"  the full amount is forfeited and no money is refunded back.
2. No Refund will be given for orders placed with "Icom Industries".
3. No refund shall be made against inconvenience caused due to network or hardware downtime.
4. Refund will be only processed if "Icom Industries" rejects an application, if it does not meet the qualification criteria. "Icom Industries" reserves the right to reject the application without providing any explanation.

Shipping Policy

1. We do not ship DVD's of our software. You must download software products from our website.
